Caution

Be sure to turn off the power before separating the product. The upper part where the power is connected cannot be washed with water, so wipe it only with a wet towel. When operating the automatic sterilization mode, be sure to close the door after letting your pet out of the dry room so that the UV-C does not directly hit your eyes or skin.

Is the door installed?

Pepe Pet Dry Room is delivered as a finished product that requires only a cord connection, so no separate on-site installation is required.

How long does it take to dry?

Short hair takes about 15 minutes, long hair takes about 30 minutes. Depending on the hair type and amount of hair used, there may be differences. Before using the dry room, wipe off the moisture completely, and during use, comb the hair occasionally to help it dry more quickly.

Is there any way to adapt quickly?

After the initial receipt, leave the sliding door open for at least one week to allow them to gradually adjust, just like a house. After that, by using treat rewards and nose work games, make the dry room feel like a fun space. Once they become familiar with it, they can use the dry room happily without resistance during drying.

What is the replacement period for consumables?

In the case of diatomaceous earth bio mats, if the surface is sanded when contaminated, it can be used for a long time, and we recommend replacing it when it is damaged. In the case of all-in-one filters, if used once a week, we recommend cleaning once a month, and if used frequently, we recommend cleaning once every two weeks, and we recommend replacing it after a maximum of 1 year. In the case of scent pouches, we recommend replacing them when the scent is exhausted.

How can I shorten the drying time?

It is most important to dry your hair quickly by drying it thoroughly with a towel and brushing it while using the dry room. After bathing, set the temperature to 40 degrees and the airflow to level 4, and lower the temperature when it is almost dry.

If I set it to the highest temperature (40 degrees), won't it be too hot?

Pets have higher basic stamina than humans, so even if you set it to 40 degrees celsius, it will feel like 28 degrees celsius when wet, so it will not be hot. However, when the fur is almost dry, it is more comfortable to lower the temperature a little, so please keep that in mind.

Will it dry well even if the hair is long and thick?

The 7-way 3D wind and biopad thoroughly dry the stomach and feet. If you remove moisture sufficiently with a towel and comb it frequently in between, you can greatly reduce the drying time.
