Q&A

What is the filter replacement cycle? Additional purchase of consumables Is it possible?

The filter replacement cycle is 6 months, and consumables can be purchased on the Pepe official website.

Is there a way to clean or store the product?

Among the two filters installed in the product, the micro mesh filter can be separated and used semi-permanently after washing with water. It is recommended to replace the carbon HEPA filter for air cleaning once every 6 months, and if you use it once a month to remove large dust attached to the filter surface, you can maintain better performance. Cleaning methods are described in detail in the user manual.

Is there any risk of burns when touching or getting near the product?

AbsFur is a pet dryer designed to be very safe. The PTC heater installed inside creates lukewarm air of +4℃ compared to the outside temperature, so there is no risk of burns in close use, and the infrared lamp is protected by a heat-resistant plastic cover to prevent burns.

How high does the temperature rise in near-infrared mode / thermal mode?

Abspur heats the air with the PTC heater inside to create warm air, while the radiant heat from the near-infrared lamp makes pets feel cozy. The temperature of the discharged air creates a lukewarm wind of +4℃ compared to the outside temperature, and as an exposure type dryer, a separate temperature control function is not included.

Do the dry mode and various modes remain on until the power is turned off?

The air purifier mode continues to operate until the power is turned off. However, the dry mode and infrared care mode in which the heater and infrared lamp operate are automatically turned off after operating for up to 1 hour.

How strong is the hair suction power?

Inhale ambient air up to 7.16 CMM. This is the amount of air that can circulate the air in a 1mX1mX1m space more than 7 times per minute. Pet hair is sucked into Abspur along with this air.

What is the effective range of the air purifier?

The cleaning function is designed based on 80㎡. Due to different test standards for each country, the current Korean KACA standard test Coming soon.
